When does ICO start?
ICO will be arranged in 3 stages. Private pre-sale, public pre-sale and lastly crowdsale.
A presale or a pre-ICO is a term that refers to the process that takes place before the crowdsale begins. It usually allows the investors to buy tokens before the crowdsale starts. Moreover, it is a good way for the companies to raise money for their blockchain project. This token sale event usually has separate smart contracts from the main — crowdsale event. It generally targets larger investors as well as some private investors, depending on how the token sale is structured. The presale is a new phenomenon that has positive impact on the ICOs. The main idea of a presale is to provide discount. Companies do not raise a lot of funds but this is an opportunity for them to head up the tokens they are trying to sell. The investors that participate in the presale often get cheaper prices per coin as well as a higher bonus amount. Therefore, those people sometimes get additional bonuses such as some free access, a bonus card, etc. That’s why we have the presale phase and why it has a good influence on the ICOs. This event benefits both the companies and the investors as well.
The crowdsale generally happens before a project has officially launched its service. It is designed to generate funds for the development of the project, helping to pay for software developers, marketing budgets, and all the other things that a startup needs. It can also be used to measure interest in a particular project. If no one buys the tokens, then the company developing the project might want to reconsider its options. The really interesting part of a crowdsale is what happens to the tokens later on. In many cases, they will be bought and sold on the open market, gaining their own market value independently of the application that they are used for. This is another way to encourage early adopters. They may buy tokens because they believe in the potential of a particular online service. If the project becomes as successful as they think, then the tokens might increase in value, turning them a pretty profit later on.

There is some important information to be noted about the ICO code of conduct
Technical token emission limit-350 000 000 tokens
Token trading volume- up till 245 000 000
Soft cap-$2 500 000
Hard cap-$18 700 000
Available payment methods- ETH,BTC
Minimum ADAB tokens to be purchased-1000 ADAB
Exchange listing will be held not earlier then 30.06.2019
Token emission and the issue of smart-contract date - before 10.06.2019
Tokens that were not purchased by ICO participants on any sale stages, will be burnt. This is the strategic move, which allows the decrease of the total token amount and decrease the supply for it, resulting an increase in the token price.
How many ADAB tokens will be released and sold, and what they will be used for?
ADAB tokens will be used to access the ADAB account, and will be form of payment for all ADAB products and services.Total of 350 000 000 tokens will be issued, this is the token emission limit. 72% of all issued tokens will be sold, approximate 245 000 000 tokens. All the unsold tokens will be burnt, by doing so, we will be able to decrease the amount of tokens and it’s supply, resulting an increase in the token price. Which in turn, will positively influence the financial turnover of a company.
What will the token price and minimum amount be during the ICO Stage?
Token price will be 0.1$ per token.
The minimum token amount to be purchased-1000 ADAB
Internal economy of Islamic cryptocurrencies of ADAB Solutions exchange will be based on token deflation model and calculated according to monetary equation token emission amount and the price amount, necessary to implement all planned transactions. This allows providing a forecasted token rate and sustaining the internal economic processes of the ADAB platform.
While building the internal economies of ADAB Solutions Islamic cryptocurrency exchange, some key aspects of monetary and currency policies should be considered, as well assume external factors, which will influence the token price in turn.
FICE commission fees will be allowed only by using ADAB tokens, which serves as an access key to platform services. Increase in demand for ADAB tokens with an increase in trading amount and additional product launch-will increase the cumulative transaction amount, which also influences the changes in token price.
Commission fee, paid in ADAB tokens, is the base for the FICE revenue, which is addressing the ADAB Solutions interest in the support of sustainable token rate and liquidity. That’s why, 10% of tokens, received as a commission fee will be burnt to support the token deflation, without being returned to the turnover. This allows to gradually decrease the total token amount in a turnover, which will lead to the forecasted token increase rate. Burning the tokens will be continuing until 50% of the first emission will be repaid. Other tokens will remain in the turnover and to provide the internal exchange turnover.
The project is focusing on the major audience, for the first time in crypto market the broad geographic, social, gender and age demographics. Being the participant of the First Islamic Crypto Exchange in the world, is a great opportunity to contribute not only to industry development but also, in creation of new moral values and directions in crypto market.
When will the ADAB ICO be considered successful?
When will the ADAB ICO be considered successful?
The evaluation of an Initial Coin Offering includes many factors. There is a lot of statistical information for every perspective investor to keep into account and to understand. Knowing the hard cap and the soft cap of an ICO is some of this statistical information that every investor should know. However there is a significant difference between capped and uncapped Initial Coin Offerings. But a lot of people still do not understand the difference. In this article I will explain what the differences are, why it’s important to know these things and to keep them in mind when investing in ICOs. This article will not focus on what an Initial Coin Offering is. You can read about them in our ICO comprehensive guide.
The hard cap of an ICO means the maximum amount of capital that it aims to gather. Most of the up and coming cryptocurrency projects set the hard cap very high. Most of the set hard caps are unlikely to be reached. But famous or hyped projects do reach it with ease. The hard cap is the number of the maximum capital needed and projects will mostly stop accepting additional funding after the hard cap.
If an Initial Coin Offering reaches its hard cap early in the ICO phase then the phase will end early. The tokens will also be distributed earlier than it was going to. If a project doesn’t return the funds gathered over the hard cap it is often a big red flag for investors that they should keep in mind. The hard cap is pretty important because of scarcity which is one of the most important factors for the value of cryptocurrencies. Supply and demand is the main price driving correlation.
The soft cap is the capital amount gathered at which the crowdsale event will be considered successful. It is the minimal amount of funds needed and aimed at by the project to proceed as planned. Most of the projects reach their soft caps because an Initial Coin Offering is currently one of the best ways to kick start a project and to raise capital.
The soft cap is not guaranteed to be reached and it has mainly a speculative nature. If it isn’t reached then most of the projects will shut down and return all the raised capital to the investors. Not all do this and some proceed with the project regardless of the capital raised. The project then enters life support mode. For investors it is important that the soft and the hard cap are based on numbers and real plans. Transparent projects are the one who build the most trust with their community.
Basically, in order for a project to be successful, it should reach soft cap level first. If soft cap level is reached, the project in considered reliable and potentially successful. If the hard cap level is reached, ICO is considered a giant success. But company must not forget that it’s not it and all the hard work is yet to come.
What are the available payment methods and wallets used to pay for ADAB Solutions services?
ADAB is an ERC20 standard token, so it can be stored in many different Ethereum based wallets. We recommend using MyEtherWallet, Mist, or MetaMask.
ERC-20 is a technical standard used for smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain for implementing tokens. ERC stands for Ethereum Request for Comment, and 20 is the number that was assigned to this request. The clear majority of tokens issued on the Ethereum blockchain are ERC-20 compliant. As of 2018-07-26, a total of 103621 of ERC-20 compatible tokens are found on Ethereum main network, according to Etherscan.io.
ERC-20 defines a common list of rules for Ethereum tokens to follow within the larger Ethereum ecosystem, allowing developers to accurately predict interaction between tokens. These rules include how the tokens are transferred between addresses and how data within each token is accessed.

Bitcoin was invented by an unknown person or group of people using the name Satoshi Nakamoto and released as open-source software in 2009.Bitcoins are created as a reward for a process known as mining. They can be exchanged for other currencies, products, and services. Research produced by the University of Cambridge estimates that in 2017, there were 2.9 to 5.8 million unique users using a cryptocurrency wallet, most of them using bitcoin

Marketing (including the portal, and forum)-20%
Legal expenses (license and certification)-4%
Minimum cost will be based on the launch of the exchange, limited functionality, the absence of additional licenses and jurisdictions, decreasing operational, investment spendings to the minimum.
Depending on fund-raising, we will make decisions about what costs will be covered first by priorities.
In case of the efficient fund spending, and complete project launch, the rest of the funds, collected at ICO in 12 months after the project launch, will be allocated to buyout the ADAB tokens or directed to ADAB Charity fund. In case of incomplete fund-raising, project will be powered by the revenue, coming from basic operations, and project will take some time to launch other company services.
